Whatever it is, it starts with your idea. Share your vision and ideas with me. I’ll follow up with an email with suggested times to meet and at this point you can send over your visual references if any.

We chat on a zoom or phone call. Get clear on your vision. I will share examples and offer expert design guidance. Sometimes I will even sketch out ideas right on our call! We’ll also chat pricing and timeline.

Always the fun part! This portion is always a little bit collaborative. Maybe during the cutting phase, the agreed size just doesn’t seem right. That’s OK! I send photos and communicate over text to check in and confirm every step of the way.
Size, shape, color and treatment as well as final assembly–you’re always in the know of how your piece is turning out.

This is where we assemble your custom jewelry to the finishings ( ex: earring hooks, necklace chains, etc.) I may have suggestions for additional expressive elements such as beads, gemstones, etc which she will laid out and shared with you for final approval.
The final piece is then treated with a protective gallery grade wax to ensure longevity.

Your item will be carefully wrapped and placed into a box and secured shut. The box is then placed in a bubble wrap safe shipping envelope and mailed to you. See our shipping times in our footer at the end of our page.
Custom Jewelry Cost
Minimum cost for a custom order is $200 CDN.
A $100 CDN non-refundable deposit is required.
The final cost is required prior to delivery.
Please Note:
As every piece is made start to finish by the artist herself, only a select number of custom pieces can be created per month.
Creative space is limited per month as every piece is made start to finish by hand.

Nickel-free metals include pure sterling silver, copper, platinum, and titanium. Copper is generally hypoallergenic (unless reinforced with nickel). Copper allergies do exist but are rare. Jacqueline sources pure copper.

Sterling silver is an alloy, but does not contain any nickel, so is wearable by most segments of the population. Sterling is sometimes stamped .925, because it's made of at least 92.5% pure silver. Typically the remaining 7.5% consists of copper.

Niobium is a hypo-allergenic metal that is extremely bio-compatible which makes this material perfect for anyone who suffers from sensitivities to metal. In fact, this material is frequently used in surgical implants and medical devices.
Yes, for an additional fee, silver or Niobium earring hooks can be substitued. Please note that the hooks may not be exactly identical to the hooks on the product. Jacqueline does her best to reproduce the hooks, but vartiations may occur.

We welcome details on colours or materials and do our best to meet them. However due to the nature of firing copper jewelry, it is difficult to have an exact outcome so please expect surprises and variations on final pieces. We can discuss this on a future call.
